Farmers markets are great community staples offering the freshest local produce, baked goods, meats, and even fine art that the area has to offer. Luckily, St. Augustine is home to a variety of conveniently located famers markets to keep you cooking with the best organic ingredients!

The Old City Farmers Market is held every Saturday between 8:30 am and 12:30 pm at the St. Augustine Amphitheater. It’s the perfect place to stop in for fresh seafood and produce, baked goods, hand-crafted items from talented crafters and plants directly from the producers! Bring the whole family for live entertainment and fun.

The Lincolnville Farmers Market is held every Sunday from 11 am until 3 pm and hosts special events throughout the year, including the Lincolnville Fall Music Fair on Sunday, September 16th. In addition to great music, you can expect fresh produce, meats, fish, cheeses, breads, prepared foods, jewelry, arts and crafts, and much more! Make sure to check their website for special deals from their vendors, like this month’s chair massages, cooling towels, doggie biscuits, pupcakes and treats!  

The St. Augustine Beach Farmers Market is held each Wednesday morning year round from 8 am to 12:30 pm with anywhere from 60 to 80 vendors displaying an array of produce, prepared foods, local seafood, art, crafts, jewelry and fair trade goods. Located at Pier Park, the St. Augustine Beach Farmers Market provides a one-of-a-kind shopping experience for truly homegrown, handpicked and hand crafted items.

The Nocatee Farmers Market is another great one to check out! It’s held year round on the third Saturday of each month from 10 am to 2 pm with over 70 local vendors as well as a unique monthly theme. This month, the Nocatee Farmers Market is gearing up for a car show hosted by Sunshine State Chevelles. Prizes will be awarded to the top three cars and everyone can enjoy live music! In addition, there are plenty of activities, shows and demonstrations for kids and parents alike. With a wide range of items from fresh produce and herbs to ceramic pottery, the Nocatee Farmers Market is a great monthly event to put on your calendar.

The newest addition to our local farmers markets is The Saint Johns River Farmers Market. Located on the river in Alpine Groves Park, The Saint Johns River Farmers Markets had its grand opening last month and is off to a great start! They are open every Saturday from 10 am to 2 pm.
