Greenside at World Gold Village (73 Greenside Lane, across from Royal Pines entrance on Royal Pines Pkwy): Greenside at World Gold Village, a highly anticipated golf course community, has begun construction. The cozy neighborhood has just 36 home sites and many lie adjacent to the Slammer & Squire’s sixth fairway and green, water or nature preserve.

Trailmark (805 Trailmark Drive, off Pacetti Road 2.5 miles south of FL-16): There has been a lot of buzz about this master-planned community, and with good reason. Trailmark is well underway with many homes already built and a fully constructed amenities complex.
