Mark your calendars because this Sneak Peek Saturday is going to be a fiesta you don’t want to miss! Join us May 1st from 1-4 pm for an open house event in Heritage Landing at World Golf Village. The theme is Cinco de Mayo and you can register to win a $100 gift card to La Nopalera, one of the best Mexican restaurants in town. Make sure to try their pitchers of margaritas – they can’t be beat!
Heritage Landing is a neighborhood full of fun! The amenity center, Camp Heritage, is a sight to see for any family looking for summertime fun. This clubhouse features an open air picnic pavilion, Jr. Olympic swimming pool, tennis courts, and an awesome water slide with a lookout tower that promises to entertain your kids for hours. Our next Sneak Peek Saturday Open House will be March 6 from 1 to 4:00 PM at The Neighborhoods of World Golf Village. This time we are doing it a little differently! Instead of touring homes in a neighborhood, we are focusing on homesites in the King & Bear.
There will be five featured homesites. On each of these sites, there will be a tent with refreshments, as well as a knowledgeable professional - including custom homebuilders, lenders, or a Realtor from Davidson Realty. They will share information with you on the advantages of building custom homes in Northeast Florida over buying existing homes. They also will be able to talk about the best ways to position a home on the sites to maximize views and solar efficiency, among other things.
If you visit all five of the featured homesites, you will be entered to win a $100 gift card to Donavan’s Pub – in honor of the upcoming St. Patty’s Day!
We also will provide a map of the neighborhoods so you can visit other golf course and preserve homesites at your leisure. Just let me know if you have any questions or suggestions about our next Sneak Peek Saturday!

Well, we just had another successful Sneak Peek Open House in Heritage Landing at World Golf Village on December 5. Families from around the area strolled through five homes in the community that are available for sale through Davidson Realty. One of them told me they like being able to look at a bunch of homes without any pressure. And that is great – because that’s exactly why we host the Sneak Peek Open House every month! Since we encouraged visitors to bring toys to donate to Sertoma Toys for Tots this month, the event was a double success. Thanks to those that donated!
As I mentioned, we normally have Sneak Peek Saturdays on the first Saturday of every month, but since the first Saturday in January is the day after New Year’s, we thought we would skip January and host the next event on February 6. (more…)

The Neighborhoods of World Golf Village is excited to share that the Sneak Peek Saturday in December will be in Heritage Landing. On December 5 from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., a variety of homes throughout Heritage Landing at World Golf Village will be open for tours. This event will continue Davidson Realty’s tradition of hosting community-wide open houses in World Golf Village on the first Saturday of each month.
The Sneak Peek open house in December will also serve as an opportunity to contribute to Davidson Realty’s toy drive for Sertoma for Tots, an organization that collects and distributes toys to underprivileged children in our local area. Toys will be collected at each home on tour as well as at Davidson Realty at the main entrance to World Golf Village. As always, we will be serving festive treats in one of the homes on tour too! The Neighborhoods of World Golf Village successfully kicked off its Sneak Peek Saturdays in October featuring open houses in the Turnberry, Royal Pines and St. Andrews neighborhoods. The event, which is held from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM on the first Saturday of every month, will return on November 7. This time we will showcase homes throughout the King & Bear neighborhoods. Whether you are looking for a St. Augustine golf home around 2,000 square feet or a grand estate closer to 5,000 square feet, you will find something wonderful! Or, perhaps you want to come visit to see which paint colors or appliances are popular right now. Regardless of your reasons, we are happy to share what it’s like to live in our community with you!
With the holidays fast approaching, we encourage you to bring a can of food to help those less fortunate than ourselves. We will be collecting them at each home and donating them to the St. Francis House. If you decide to donate a food item, your name will be entered into a drawing for a $100 gift certificate to Publix – just in time for Thanksgiving! And in the holiday spirit, we will be serving light refreshments at one of the homes on tour to everyone who visits!

Prospective homebuyers, real estate agents and neighbors are invited to join The Neighborhoods of World Golf Village team on Oct. 3rd, from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m., for the first “Sneak Peek Saturday” at the St. Johns County master-planned, golf course community. Sneak Peek Saturdays are open houses that will be hosted by The Neighborhoods of World Golf Village staff the first Saturday of every month. The events will be held in different model, inventory and resale homes each month. A seasonal edible treat will be served in one home, registration for prizes will be held in another home and attendees will be able to meet The Neighborhoods of World Golf Village staff, ask questions and get more information about the St. Augustine golf homes and the community in a relaxed and informal setting.
Sneak Peek Saturdays will give area new home shoppers an up-close look at the beautiful homes available at The Neighborhoods of World Golf Village, which are built by some of the region’s finest and most well-respected home builders. Over twenty neighborhoods, designed to meet the needs of any buyer, are available, from elegant estate homes to resort style condominiums to active adult homes.
Pick up a map of the Sneak Peek Saturday open houses at the Davidson Realty office, which is at the main entrance to World Golf Village, or at the Gate House, which is at the entrance to King & Bear, three miles west of the main World Golf Village entrance.
