Don has been in education for more than 40 years and specializes in opening new schools, such as Wards Creek Elementary in World Golf Village, and now Palencia Elementary, which opened in August of 2012. Davidson Realty launched their non-profit foundation, Davidson Cares, in November of 2013 to offer support for local schools in the World Golf Village area, including Mill Creek Elementary, Wards Creek Elementary, Palencia Elementary and Pacetti Bay Middle School.
