In May, 1986 final development approvals were received for a 6,300 acre mixed use project located off Interstate 95 in St. Johns County approximately 23 miles south of Jacksonville, Florida. The project encompassed 6,300 acres within six parcels and was granted development approvals for 13,835 residential units and over 6.5 million square feet of commercial, industrial and office use. The project was named St. Johns Harbour.

Bid on Masters Golf Tournament Tickets & Other Great Auction Items

Fun with friends and neighbors, micro brews, great treats and a silent auction all to support the schools.  That’s what’s in store for the first Davidson Cares fundraiser at Mile Marker Brewery on Friday, November 9th!  Mile Marker is located at 3420 Agricultural Center Drive near the outlet mall in St. Augustine. Proceeds from the fundraiser go to the new Davidson Cares foundation, which offers support for our outstanding St. Johns County public schools, including Mill Creek Elementary, Wards Creek Elementary, Palencia Elementary and Pacetti Bay Middle School.  The program launched this month and is currently collecting grant submissions from each of the four local schools for their chance to win $500 to $1,000 for a great idea benefiting a classroom, a grade level, or even the entire school

Davidson Realty recently announced the creation of their new Davidson Cares Foundation and Program to support St. Johns County schools, including Wards Creek Elementary, Mill Creek Elementary, Palencia Elementary School, and Pacetti Bay Middle School. school busIt’s back to school season and our World Golf Village and north St. Johns County area families will find some changes as they head back to school on August 20th including the addition of the new Palencia Elementary School and a new Principal at Mill Creek Elementary School.  The opening of Palencia Elementary School this month brings with it rezoning that impacts some families previously zoned for Mill Creek Elementary.  The St. Johns County School District website provides an easy to use address look-up to find out which schools your elementary, middle and high school student is zoned for.  It’s accessible at http://www.gis.bocc.co.st-johns.fl.us/schoolaz2/.

2080-tiger-woods-and-jack-nicklausTiger Woods famously matched Jack Nicklaus’ PGA TOUR all-time win record when he won his 73rd victory at the 2012 Memorial Tournament.  Now items from that victory, including the ball Woods used to make his dramatic shot on the 16th hole and the glove he was wearing for his final round 67, are on display at the World Golf Hall of Fame & Museum.
