Welcome to Inland Homes’ Amherst spec home in the King & Bear! In the past couple of months, you’ve been introduced to Adam Roller, President and Chief Operating Officer for the company’s St. Augustine operations, and learned about Inland’s excellent customer service by going behind the scenes of their pre-dry wall inspection. This month, Adam describes their new home introduction – another great example of how Inland Homes takes care of their customers through the entire building process!
As Adam explains in the video, this detailed walk-through is done when the home is 100% clean and complete, right before closing, as an educational orientation for the homeowner. Adam discusses the functionality, warranty and home owner maintenance of the home. All new home introductions begin in the garage, covering the use and care of the air conditioner, water heater, irrigation system and more. He checks the switches, blanking plates, window function of your dual pane, low-e windows, cables, phone locations, shower heads, faucets, and explains the upkeep of tile and grout throughout the home. And, of course the use and care of the kitchen appliances, like the 42-inch upper cabinets and granite that come standard in every new home. Adam leaves you feeling calm and confident about using all your new equipment.
Inland Homes has recently completed homes in GroveWood, now sold. and OakWood, featured in the video, in the King & Bear. The Amherst spec in the video above is located at 3832 Paddington Place in OakWood. It’s on a gorgeous preserve lot with plenty of room to add a pool in your backyard. Inland Homes is currently permitting on two more homes in Waterbury by the Links in the King & Bear and should be breaking ground within the next couple of weeks.
