GroveWood includes 122 home sites, each one at least 75′ wide by 150′ deep. Thirty-eight homesites are adjacent to preservation land and the other 84 are situated on a series of short, low trafficked cul-de-sacs which all end in natural open space. Original builders in the neighborhood include CornerStone Homes, Providence Homes, American Home Builders, Standard Pacific Homes and Cordial Builders. Currently, Standard Pacific, CornerStone Homes and Providence Homes are the only builders with available homesites. Standard Pacific is actively building in GroveWood and currently has two spec homes under construction. CornerStone Homes has three available homesites, while Providence Homes has less than ten available. Interested buyers can build their dream home for less than $300,000 and all builder lots include an initiation fee for World Golf Village’s two world-class golf courses, the Slammer and Squire and King and Bear (a $15,000 value).
