This month, we are back with more on Lennar Homes and what sets them apart from other Northeast Florida builders. Davidson Realty President Sherry Davidson and I toured their Vilano (with Bonus) model with Greg Souris, New Home Sales Consultant at Lennar Homes, to spotlight some of the home’s most exciting features. Greg starts by pointing out one of the most unique features of the home – the smart phone lock system! The lock system is complimentary in every Lennar home and works on smart phone technology so homeowners are able to unlock their doors from their smart phones and lock them back. Not only do they provide the lock system, they also provide a camera feed that can be live or recorded. And it’s all complimentary when building with Lennar Homes!

Next, Greg takes us into the kitchen of the Vilano (with Bonus) model to showcase how everything really is included with Lennar Homes. Greg explains that other builders offer a base price for their homes and everything else is an option with added costs. With Lennar, the homeowner can rest assured that everything is included in your purchase price, like granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a refrigerator with ice maker, deep sinks, all natural gas, the lighting, 18 inch tile, 10 foot ceilings with crown molding, blinds and more!

We also got a look at the huge 20 x 20 lanai in the backyard. The lanai is almost the size of a two-car garage and it includes ceiling fans, recessed lighting, brick-tile pavers, a hook-up for a flatscreen TV, and the home comes pre-wired and pre-plumbed for a summer kitchen with water and natural gas. Not to mention, all Lennar lots in Palencia back up to a preservewith very large backyards, so there is plenty of room for a pool or whatever the family would like to do to make their space special.
