As owner of Market Street Boutique, Kimberly Pulaski has created a distinctive shopping experience that you’re sure to enjoy no matter your tastes. Kimberly’s background is as unique as her store; she holds a degree in business and nursing, in addition to owning a web design company.

Her passions carry over into her shop. Even her children, Brionna, Cameron and Brayden love the store and help Mom out whenever they can. We recently asked Kimberly some questions about her shop.

How long has your store been open? We originally opened in Palencia on Market Street in February 2014. In September 2014 we moved up the front for a larger location.

What inspired you to launch a boutique with furniture and gifts? I started with my love of chalk painting furniture, and my poor garage was busting at the seams! I then decided it would be a fun new adventure to open a little store! Then, the more I learned the more I bought. I also listened to what people wanted that would fit with my store, like hostess gifts and candles.

Tell us about the products that you sell. I sell everything from decor and furniture to candles, jewelry, gifts and more!

How would you describe the boutique’s ambiance? Eclectic! There is a lot in our store and it takes a few rounds or times in to really see it all! But we’re always there to help, and we are also always changing and getting new things in.

I see that you have an interior designer as part of your team? We have an amazing designer, Alexis Kokolias. She does in-home consultations and can help complete a room, create a new look, or just help with what you currently have.

What is your favorite item in the store right now? I love our Volcano candles & S’well bottles. They are both our top sellers.
