Now that residential construction has gained momentum all around the greater World Golf Village area, businesses large and small are making their homes here as well. From banks and healthcare specialists to new eateries and shops, residents are enjoying more amenities than ever before – all just down the road.
Saint Johns Place, located just on the east side of I95, has added two new tenants. Village Dentist recently moved to its new location with the same great dentists, including Drs. Nick Tawil, Brian Young, Gaby Bahri, Nadeem Ahmed and Ross Fishman. The center also welcomes Baptist Primary Care, including Drs. Traci Bragg, Iulia Platte and Juan Fuentes.
Heading west down International Golf Parkway, the Markets at MuraBella welcomes Artsy Abode gift boutique and The Grindstone, a seller of single-origin teas, Greek olive oils, organic spices and artisanal salts.
And coming soon to the Shops of S.R. 16 is Cinco de Mayo Authentic Mexican Restaurant (between VyStar and The Dollar Store). Look for additional retailers coming to this area soon!
Just around the corner on Registry Boulevard (at the east entranceway to the King & Bear), Rainbow Rascals Learning Center will soon be building a home. The company offers developmental programs for infants, toddlers and preschool kids.
Finally, World Golf Village has welcomed MuraBella Animal Hospital and Pacetti Road Pet Spa, both located along C.R. 13A (south of The Meadows). These professionals can handle all your pet needs!
