The holidays are in full swing throughout World Golf Village, including shopping, parties and festive 5k road races! Between now and the end of December, there are several 5k races around the area that offer a chance to get the family outside and moving, support a charity and have lots of fun.

Runners, walkers, strollers and dogs on leashes are all welcome!

Tinsel Trot Holiday 5k & 1 Mile Fun Run

When: Saturday, December 21 at 8:30 a.m.
Where: Murabella Amenity Center at 101 W Positano Avenue (just off Pacetti Road)

8th Annual Santa Suits on the Loose 5k 

When: Saturday, December 14 @ 8:00 a.m. (registration starts at 6:30 a.m.)

Where: St. Augustine Beach Pier at 350 A1A Beach Blvd. in St. Augustine Beach

Registration: $30

Charity: Proceeds go to St. Augustine Youth Services, which shapes the future of Florida’s at-risk youth by providing coaching, counseling and care in family style therapeutic group homes and outpatient community services. 13th Annual Christmas Cookie 5k

When: Saturday, December 21 @ 8:00 a.m.

Where: The Kookaburra 312 at 1835 US-1 #133 in St. Augustine (near intersection of US 1 and FL-312)

Registration: $30 on race day, pre-registration is $25

Charity: Proceeds go to St. Augustine United, which is dedicated to enhancing the quality of like in the local community through individual and family services, community programs and partnerships with other non-profits.
