The greater World Golf Village area is buzzing with residential growth including more than 33,000 new homes in the works, which has been attracting interest from many businesses looking to serve the residents of our area. Davidson Realty has kept a close eye on the coming commerce to help buyers who are looking for conveniences like stores and restaurants.

On the west side of I95, the Shoppes of MuraBella (intersection of SR 16 and CR 13A) recently welcomed a new VyStar Credit Union branch and Mill Creek Dental Care, while the Markets at MuraBella (SR 16 and Murabella Parkway) is growing to include an additional 16,000 square feet of space. Tenants will include Papa John’s Pizza, Gator’s Dockside, Willie Jewell’s Old School Bar-B-Q, Verizon Wireless and Home Care Assistance. Additional commercial space is planned for the vicinity, including Hurricane Grill & Wings as an anchor tenant.
Most recently, we welcomed a GATE convenience store on International Golf Parkway near World Commerce Parkway. The grand opening was in late July.
East of I95, the Comfort Suites Hotel off Center Place Way is now under new ownership and operating as St. Augustine Inn & Suites. In the southeast quadrant of I95, construction is underway on a new dental office and Good News Church.
