Davidson Realty’s team took an afternoon to leave our World Golf Village-based office and make our way to Julington Creek for lunch at Blackstone Grille. We had heard wonderful things about the bistro style restaurant located at Bartram Oaks Walk (close to the intersection of SR13 San Jose and Race Track Road), but we had to try it for ourselves. Our group of 30 was graciously greeted and seated in a private room. We had exceptional service and scrumptious food!
Blackstone Grille offered us a fixed menu to cater to our large group size and help with timing of the lunch. We had to get back to the real world at some point, I guess! Especially with all the home sales and real estate closings our amazing agents have been handling.
There is no question having a trusted title company as a guide while you navigate one of the biggest investments of your life can be invaluable. With Landmark Title, clients have the added benefit of working with an attorney-owned organization that is known for delivering demonstrated expertise, superior customer service and unwavering integrity throughout the closing process.
Serving the entire Northeast Florida area, Landmark is constantly expanding its presence as a resource for more and more home buyers throughout our community. In fact, the title company is now a valued resource for Davidson Realty. William Li, Esq., recently launched a new Landmark Title location in Davidson’s World Golf Village headquarters, and they’re thrilled to welcome him!
Amidst his busy schedule, William recently slowed down to answer a few questions about his experience and Landmark Title.
We would like to extend our gratitude to the $500 Davidson Cares sponsors for the 2013-2014 school year! Last year’s sponsors enabled us to donate $11,300 to several local St. Johns County schools, which include Mill Creek Elementary, Wards Creek Elementary, Palencia Elementary and Pacetti Bay Middle School. This year is looking even better and we are aiming to double that amount with the help of local businesses that serve as partners in our mission to help local schools. Our sincere gratitude goes out to the following $500 Davidson Cares sponsors:
Arthur Rutenberg Homes: Offering luxury custom-built homes in Northeast Florida, Arthur Rutenberg Homes invites the public to stop by and check out its exquisite model home in Palencia! The company is also building in Glen Kernan, Pablo Creek Reserve, Queen’s Harbor, The Plantation at Ponte Vedra and World Golf Village.
The Salameh Group: In addition to working with the top rated insurance carriers in Florida, The Salameh Group is committed to offering its clients the best insurance plans possible and providing top-notch customer service.
Davidson Realty launched their non-profit foundation, Davidson Cares, in November of 2013 to offer support for local schools in the World Golf Village area, including Mill Creek Elementary, Wards Creek Elementary, Palencia Elementary and Pacetti Bay Middle School. Davidson Cares has given a total of $11,300 to the four schools mentioned above in less than six months!

You would be hard pressed to find a more passionate education advocate than Heritage Landing resident Debbie Adams. As a long-time teacher and mother, she utilizes her passion to dedicate her time to several organizations with one common focus: kids. Most recently, she agreed to serve on the Board of Davidson Cares, Davidson Realty’s corporate giving program dedicated to supporting local schools – specifically Wards Creek Elementary, Mill Creek Elementary, Palencia Elementary, and Pacetti Bay Middle School.
For the Maletta family, love and family came full circle right here in St. Augustine. It was here that more than 20 years ago, Tom and Michelle Maletta spent their honeymoon. And, after a couple major moves as well as extensive world travels, it is here where they returned in 2002 to lay roots and raise a family. They discovered their new home in Clubview Estates nestled near the first tee of the King & Bear golf course.
Today, Michele is a busy mother of three who was recently named to the Board of Davidson Cares. We caught up with Michele to ask her about her new appointment and her experiences.
