This month we are taking a closer look at Davidson Realty agent Pauline Cake’s favorite World Golf Village community, Royal Pines. Pauline is one of the many Realtors that calls Royal Pines home. As she explains in the video, Royal Pines offers lavish custom homes, privacy and a serene, natural environment.
Pauline and I happen to be experts on Royal Pines. She has lived in the community for over 5 years and I have lived there for over 10 years. Royal Pines is a neighborhood that truly stands out in World Golf Village. As Pauline explains, driving into the community feels like driving onto an island because there’s water on both sides of the community. The 40-acre lake that engulfs the community is perfect for canoeing, fishing or bird watching.
There is no question having a trusted title company as a guide while you navigate one of the biggest investments of your life can be invaluable. With Landmark Title, clients have the added benefit of working with an attorney-owned organization that is known for delivering demonstrated expertise, superior customer service and unwavering integrity throughout the closing process.
Serving the entire Northeast Florida area, Landmark is constantly expanding its presence as a resource for more and more home buyers throughout our community. In fact, the title company is now a valued resource for Davidson Realty. William Li, Esq., recently launched a new Landmark Title location in Davidson’s World Golf Village headquarters, and they’re thrilled to welcome him!
Amidst his busy schedule, William recently slowed down to answer a few questions about his experience and Landmark Title.
For our third blog on Legacy Builders, we took advantage of the beautiful North Florida weather and joined President of Legacy Builders of North Florida John Unkefer at one of his homes under construction in World Golf Village’s King & Bear community. In this video, John tells us all about their new construction projects in and around Jacksonville and we explore the inside of the beautiful Legacy Builders home in the King & Bear to better understand the construction process. Join us!
Davidson Realty launched their non-profit foundation, Davidson Cares, in November of 2013 to offer support for local schools in the World Golf Village area, including Mill Creek Elementary, Wards Creek Elementary, Palencia Elementary and Pacetti Bay Middle School. Davidson Cares has given a total of $11,300 to the four schools mentioned above in less than six months!
The World Golf Village has residents of all sorts, each with their own special view of the community. We recently caught up with Ernie B. Davidson, a resident with a unique perspective on life here and a great personality to boot. Here’s a look at 3-year-old Ernie and his life in World Golf Village.
First of all, thank you for taking time out of your busy schedule to chat. How long have you lived here in World Golf Village? “I was born and raised here. I live in GroveWood in the King & Bear with my mom, an uncle, and a cat-brother Hubert. They are very good servants except for Hubert, who is decidedly unaccommodating. Mom keeps saying I have a new brother or sister coming soon, but I don’t know how to feel about that.”
Calling all our female World Golf Village neighbors and friends! Get ready for Davidson Realty’s Third Annual Women’s Mixer on Thursday, April 25th at 7 pm. This awesome girl’s night out will take place at Mile Marker Brewing located at 3420 Agricultural Center Drive near the outlet malls on SR 16. There’s a lot to look forward to – more vendors than ever before, lots of delicious treats, and Mile Marker beer and wine! Everyone is invited to attend this free event and a gold buyer will be on site so you can cash in your unwanted gold for cash on-the-spot!
This year there are over 20 vendors offering a variety of products for sale. You won’t want to miss the chance to browse, shop and get expert advice from this all-women group of vendors:
Davidson Cares, the corporate giving program of Davidson Realty and the Davidson Companies, focuses on supporting local St. Johns County public schools in and around the World Golf Village area. Last week, Davidson Cares board members and team visited Mill Creek Elementary, Wards Creek Elementary, Palencia Elementary and Pacetti Bay Middle School to award each winning video from their grant program $1,000 and all other video submissions received $100 towards their needs. Congratulations to all the winners!
If you’re a World Golf Village resident then you’ve definitely seen the increase in new home construction in the past six months. If you’re like me, then you’re very curious to see the inside of those beautiful homes and what new trends are happening in the builder world. Well friends, we are in luck because a variety of experts will be in-house at Davidson Realty on October 18th at 7 pm to discuss the latest trends in home improvements, building and design! This event is for everyone; whether you’re looking into some minor home upgrades, a major renovation or a brand new home.
Great news for our World Golf Village neighbors and other St. Johns County residents! Davidson Realty recently announced the creation of their new Davidson Cares Foundation and Program to support St. Johns County schools, including Wards Creek Elementary, Mill Creek Elementary, Palencia Elementary School, and Pacetti Bay Middle School. The foundation will be funded by proceeds from real estate sales along with great local fundraising events, like their first event at Mile Marker Brewery on Friday, November 9th! It’s great to see local businesses coming together to support our schools!
