A COMMUNITY GROWS AMONGST THE OAKS

The World Golf Hall of Fame celebrates the history, heritage and traditions of golf. The World Golf Village (WGV) community-at-large celebrates its ever-evolving special place through continued good-growth in a Live Oak punctuated landscape that is well on its way to making its own history and establishing its own legacy.
The original neighborhoods of Turnberry, Royal Pines, St. Andrews, The Legends, Meadows and Heritage Landing are all complete – with over 2,200 homes. The King and Bear neighborhoods are 92% occupied, with 892 of their 968 homes complete. The first WGV age-restricted neighborhood is thoroughly-well established with 450 single-family homes in The Cascades.
Recently, there has been a resurgence of home-building that is filling out and completing many of the associated WGV neighborhoods. Greenside at WGV is rapidly building 36 single family homes overlooking the Slammer & Squire #6 fairway. Legacy Trail is also nearing completion with 30 exclusive single family homes – most overlooking the #16 & #17 fairways of the Slammer & Squire.
At the intersection of Royal Pines Parkway and WGV Boulevard, the Cottages at WGV neighborhood will be under construction with 56 single family homes at the beginning of 2018. The Cottages are nestled in the woods, overlooking the heart of the community’s Conservation Lands.
We believe you can look forward to the near-term build-out of the remaining condominiums and townhomes at The Residences and Isles of the World, flanking Royal Pines Parkway. These will offer a last-chance-opportunity to purchase those type homes within the WGV neighborhood network.
Complementing the WGV core with another 2,375 homes are the established neighborhoods of Murabella, Pescara, Bellagio, Verona, Samara Lakes, Sevilla and Segovia – all of which are in close proximity to the burgeoning shops, services and dining options at the community’s crossroads of International Golf Parkway and S.R. #16 / C.R. #13 (Pacetti Road).
There are eight additional recent neighborhoods successfully launched and proving the merits of our community’s location and attributes.
Arbor Mill and Wards Creek at Arbor Mill offer 317 single family homesites essentially around the corner from the Wards Creek Elementary School and down the street from the Trout Creek County Park.
There are 44 new homes being offered in Park Place across the street from the 580 single family homes in the Windward Ranch neighborhood – both of which are next door to the 405 lot built-out Whisper Ridge neighborhood – all of which are a mile away from the St. Augustine Outlet Malls.
On Pacetti Road, next door to the brand-new Picolata Crossing Elementary School and just over ½ mile from Pacetti Bay Middle School, the Trailmark at WGV neighborhood has completed their ambitious community recreation center and have hundreds of homes under construction with many happy and fresh new residents. Their community will evolve to ultimately have 2,278 homes. Right across the street, the Gran Lake neighborhood has completed its own recreational center and has numerous homes built and already occupied – on its way to offering a total of 286 single family homes.
Advantageously supporting the necessary commercial expansion demographics, there are a pair of beautiful new neighborhoods becoming highly desirable places to live, just on the east side of I95 at International Golf Parkway.
Markland is nearing completion of 345 exclusive single family homes enveloped with forested conservation areas, overlooking a large central lake and energized with a novel social hub evocative of the Markland House in St. Augustine, residence of a former Mayor and now home to the President of Flagler College.
Across the street from Markland, Bannon Lakes features an island recreation center, many market-rate neighborhoods and an age-restricted single family complement all of which will mature into a 999 home community.
St. Johns County offers superb communities with great schools and new, accommodating infrastructure – none finer than those that comprise the leafy, naturally-green environment of the greater World Golf Village.
I hope you will follow us – as we share further information, in subsequent articles, about the ever-expanding live, work, educate, play and grow type communities that are underway or are on the horizon in our marketplace.
And please remember, our companies and our agents are your absolute best choice for understanding all that is available to help you and yours make the right decision.
